Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open from 00-01am GMT on 31th August 2010 to 23-59pm GMT on 30th September 2010 (inclusive). Entries received after 23-59pm GMT on 30th September 2010 will not be accepted. Only one entry per person.

2. The prize must be claimed within twenty-eight days from the person being notified of being a prize winner. Failure to claim within this period results in the prize becoming null and void.

3. Employees and agents of Wholesale Domestic Equipment Company Limited and its affiliates and subsidiaries, and such employees’ and agents’ immediate families (spouse, parent, child or sibling) are not eligible to participate in the competition.

4. No payment or contribution is required to enter.

5. The competition requires entrants to enter their name and email address only.

6. The competition winner will be selected at random under independent supervision and advised by email.

7. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

8. Prize winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the winners being drawn. Prizes must be collected in store within 30 days of the winners being drawn.

9. The Prize winner will be announced on the Wholesale Domestic Equipment Company Limited website within 30 days of the winners being drawn.

10. Incomplete, illegible, late or fraudulent (at the promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) entries and those not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. The promoter’s decision on all matters is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. Wholesale Domestic Equipment Company Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

12. Wholesale Domestic Equipment Company Limited reserves the right to use any winner’s details and photograph for the purpose of publicity, advertising, marketing or promotional material in any media by any means throughout the world.

13. The promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of one prize.

14. Wholesale Domestic Equipment Company Limited shall not be liable for any losses, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any entrant as a result of these terms and conditions, entering the competition or using a prize.

15. Wholesale Domestic Equipment Company Limited shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or using a prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the entrant and Wholesale Equipment Company Limited and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

16. Wholesale Domestic Equipment Company Limited shall not accept responsibility for: (i) any technical or access issue, failure, malfunction or difficulty that might hinder entry to the competition; or (ii) any event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted (iii) any prize which is delayed, damaged, lost or destroyed following its collection from Wholesale Domestic Equipment Company Limited or its agents to a winner.

17. These terms and conditions are governed by Scottish law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

18. Wholesale Domestic Equipment Company Limited shall not accept any responsibility for any installation issues that may arise with product.
